What do I do if I talked with an appraiser but still think my value is wrong?
If you still disagree with your assessment, you have the option to submit an appeal form to the County Board of Equalization before 5 p.m. on the fourth Monday in June. The Assessor's Office staff will be happy to help you fill out the form but you will be asked to provide proof that your property is not being assessed at market value.
